How do I start learning?
Open the app and tap the Learn Path tab. You'll follow a personalized journey that combines vocabulary, grammar, and reading activities. Just tap the next available lesson to begin!
How does the spaced repetition system work?
Fluexo uses a scientifically-proven spaced repetition system (SRS) that schedules word reviews at optimal intervals. Words you find easy are reviewed less frequently, while difficult words appear more often. This ensures efficient, long-term memorization.
Can I change my learning level?
Yes! You can adjust your level during onboarding or later in the app. The Learn Path adapts to your proficiency level, offering content from A1 (beginner) to C1 (advanced).
How do I change the English accent?
Go to Settings and find the TTS (Text-to-Speech) accent option. You can switch between American English (US) and British English (UK) pronunciation.
What is the daily time limit?
Free users have a 10-minute daily study limit. Premium subscribers enjoy unlimited study time with no restrictions.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription:
iOS: Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions > Fluexo > Cancel Subscription
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
How do I restore my purchases?
Go to Settings > Subscription > Restore Purchases in the app. This will sync your subscription status if you've reinstalled the app or changed devices.
Is my data synced across devices?
Yes, if you're signed in with Apple or Google, your learning progress automatically syncs across all your devices. Guest users (not signed in) have local-only data that stays on their device.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account and all associated data from Settings > Danger Zone > Delete Account in the app, or by visiting our account deletion page.
How do I export my data?
Go to Settings > Data > Download My Data. Your learning progress, vocabulary data, and all account information will be exported as a JSON file. This feature is available for logged-in users.
