1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Fluexo ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Fluexo is a mobile application designed to help users learn English vocabulary, grammar, and reading comprehension. The App provides tools for:

  • Learning 6,500+ English words with spaced repetition
  • Studying 90 interactive grammar topics
  • Reading leveled stories
  • Following a personalized Learn Path
  • Practicing pronunciation with text-to-speech (US/UK accents)
  • Tracking streaks, progress, and daily study goals

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 to create an account; younger learners may use the app with a parent or guardian. Where local law requires parental consent for data processing, that consent is required. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.

4. Educational Disclaimer

IMPORTANT:

Fluexo is a supplementary language learning tool. It is NOT a replacement for formal education, language courses, or certified instruction. The App is NOT certified or accredited by any educational institution.

Learning outcomes vary per individual. We do not guarantee any specific level of English proficiency from using the App.

5. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may create an account using Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or email. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

You may also use the App in guest mode. Guest progress is saved locally and synced to an anonymous Supabase account. A persistent Keychain device identifier may automatically recover that guest account after reinstalling on the same device and helps prevent fraud. Recovery is not guaranteed; sign in with Apple, Google, or email to keep access across devices.

6. Subscription and Payments

6.1 Free Tier

The first unit at your placement level, including all of its activities, is free. Premium unlocks all units and levels, stories, games, and grammar, with no ads. There is no daily usage timer or rewarded-ad time extension in this version.

6.2 Premium Features

A Premium subscription unlocks the full learning path, stories, grammar, and games and removes advertisements. Weekly and yearly plans are available. Current prices are displayed in the App before purchase.

6.3 Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store on iOS or Google Play on Android
  • Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase, except for eligible free trials described in Section 6.7

6.4 Auto-Renewal

App Store: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

App Store: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.

Google Play: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. Google Play charges at the beginning of each cycle; an authorization hold may occur earlier. The renewal date and price appear in Google Play. See Google Play subscription guidance.

6.5 Cancellation

You can manage or cancel your subscription through the store where you purchased it:

iOS: Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions > Fluexo > Cancel Subscription

Android: Google Play > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Fluexo > Cancel subscription. You can also use Google Play subscription management. Uninstalling Fluexo or deleting your account does not cancel subscriptions.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your paid period.

6.6 Refunds

App Store refund requests are handled by Apple under its refund policies. For Android purchases, see Google Play refund policies and requests; you may also contact us for help, subject to applicable law.

Apple’s standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies to App Store purchases.

6.7 Free Trials

App Store: Eligible new subscribers can receive a 7-day free trial on the yearly plan only; the weekly plan has no free trial. After the trial, the yearly subscription automatically renews at the price shown before purchase unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Weekly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in Apple ID settings (Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions).

Google Play: Any trial eligibility, duration, price and renewal date are shown before purchase. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the next charge; manage trials and subscriptions in Google Play.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Share your premium account with others
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute the App's content (words, sentences, stories, illustrations)

Usernames and community rules

League

The League is opt-in. Learning activity earns points during daily, weekly and monthly scoring periods, which start and end in Istanbul time (Europe/Istanbul). Higher scores rank first; tied scores are ordered by the earlier latest score update, then a stable account identifier. Rankings and podium places are recognition only: there are no prizes or monetary rewards. Apple is not a sponsor and is not involved in the League.

Joining the League is optional and requires choosing a public username. Offensive, hateful, sexual, or impersonating names are prohibited. Usernames are filtered on the server; violating names may be removed and accounts may be banned. Use the ⋯ menu on any leaderboard row, including the podium, to report or block a username. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. You can opt out in Profile > Settings > “Show me on the League leaderboard”.

8. Content Ownership

Except for licensed third-party material, the App’s content, features, and functionality are owned by Fluexo and protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party material, including fonts, SDKs, and Apple/Google names and marks, remains the property of its respective owners and is used under the applicable licences or permissions. Fluexo-owned material includes:

  • Vocabulary words, example sentences, and translations
  • Grammar topics and explanations
  • Stories and reading comprehension content
  • Illustrations and visual assets
  • App design, code, and user interface

9. User-Generated Data

You own the learning data you generate through using the App (your progress, scores, streaks, and preferences). You have the right to:

  • Export your data in machine-readable format (JSON) via Settings > Download My Data
  • Delete all your data via Profile > Settings > Account > Delete Account

10. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

11. Advertising

Free users may see G-rated interstitial ads, at most three per day and none during the first 72 hours. AdMob initializes only after the first-launch ATT decision and Google UMP consent where required. Ad personalization depends on the applicable tracking and consent choices. Premium subscribers see no ads.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fluexo and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the App
  • Any loss of data or learning progress
  • Unauthorized access to your account
  • Any third-party conduct or content

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • The App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure
  • Defects will be corrected in a timely manner
  • The content is accurate, complete, or up to date
  • The App will be available at all times

14. International Users

The App is operated from Turkey. If you access the App from outside Turkey, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws. Your data may be transferred to and processed in Turkey and other countries where our service providers are located.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, for significant changes, through an in-app notification. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles. For EU residents, this does not affect your statutory consumer rights under your local law.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

1. Kosullarin Kabulu

Fluexo'yu ("Uygulama") indirerek, yukleyerek veya kullanarak bu Kullanim Kosullarina ("Kosullar") bagli olmayi kabul edersiniz. Bu Kosullari kabul etmiyorsaniz, lutfen Uygulamayi kullanmayin.

2. Hizmet Tanimi

Fluexo, kullanicilarin Ingilizce kelime hazinesi, dilbilgisi ve okuma anlama becerilerini gelistirmelerine yardimci olmak icin tasarlanmis bir mobil uygulamadir. Uygulama sunlari icin araclar saglar:

  • Aralikli tekrar ile 6.500+ Ingilizce kelime ogrenme
  • 90 interaktif dilbilgisi konusu calisma
  • Seviyeli hikâyeler okuma
  • Kisisellesirilmis Ogrenme Yolu takibi
  • Metinden konusmaya ile telaffuz pratigi (ABD/Ingiliz aksanlari)
  • Seriler, ilerleme ve gunluk calisma hedefleri takibi

3. Yas Gereksinimi

Hesap oluşturmak için en az 13 yaşında olmalısınız; daha küçük yaştaki öğrenciler uygulamayı bir ebeveyn veya vasi eşliğinde kullanabilir. Yerel mevzuat veri işleme için ebeveyn onayı gerektiriyorsa bu onay alınmalıdır. 18 yaşından küçükseniz bu Koşulları bir ebeveyn veya vasi ile incelemelisiniz.

4. Egitim Sorumluluk Reddi

ONEMLI:

Fluexo bir tamamlayici dil ogrenme aracidir. Resmi egitim, dil kurslari veya sertifikali ogretime alternatif DEGILDIR. Uygulama herhangi bir egitim kurumu tarafindan sertifikalandirilmamis veya akredite edilmemistir.

Ogrenme sonuclari kisiden kisiye degisir. Uygulamayi kullanmaktan belirli bir Ingilizce yeterlilik duzeyi garanti etmiyoruz.

5. Hesap Kaydi

Belirli ozelliklere erismek icin Apple ile Giriş, Google ile Giriş veya e-posta kullanarak hesap olusturabilirsiniz. Asagidakileri kabul edersiniz:

  • Dogru ve eksiksiz bilgi saglamak
  • Giris bilgilerinizi guvenli tutmak
  • Hesabinizin yetkisiz kullanimini bize bildirmek
  • Hesabinizdaki tum faaliyetlerden sorumlu olmak

Uygulamayı misafir modunda da kullanabilirsiniz. Misafir ilerlemesi cihazda saklanır ve anonim bir Supabase hesabına senkronize edilir. Keychain’de saklanan kalıcı cihaz tanımlayıcısı, aynı cihaza yeniden kurulumda misafir hesabını otomatik kurtarmak ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek için kullanılabilir. Kurtarma garanti değildir; farklı cihazlarda erişim için Apple, Google veya e-posta ile giriş yapın.

6. Abonelik ve Odemeler

6.1 Ucretsiz Katman

Yerleştirme seviyenizdeki ilk ünite ve tüm etkinlikleri ücretsizdir. Premium tüm üniteleri ve seviyeleri, hikâyeleri, oyunları ve dil bilgisini reklamsız açar. Bu sürümde günlük kullanım sayacı veya reklam izleyerek süre uzatma yoktur.

6.2 Premium Ozellikler

Premium abonelik öğrenme yolunun, hikâyelerin, dil bilgisinin ve oyunların tamamını açar ve reklamları kaldırır. Haftalık ve yıllık planlar sunulur. Güncel fiyatlar satın almadan önce uygulamada gösterilir.

6.3 Faturalandirma

  • Abonelikler iOS’ta Apple App Store, Android’de Google Play üzerinden faturalandırılır
  • Ödeme, Bölüm 6.7’de açıklanan uygun ücretsiz denemeler hariç, satın alma onayında mağaza hesabınızdan tahsil edilir

6.4 Otomatik Yenileme

App Store: Mevcut doneminin bitiminden en az 24 saat once otomatik yenileme kapatilmadigi surece abonelik otomatik olarak yenilenir.

App Store: Hesabiniz, mevcut doneminin bitiminden 24 saat once, sectiginiz plan ucretinden yenileme icin ucretlendirilecektir.

Google Play: Bir sonraki faturalandırma dönemi başlamadan iptal etmezseniz abonelik otomatik yenilenir. Google Play her dönemin başında ücret alır; daha önce provizyon uygulanabilir. Yenileme tarihi ve fiyatı Google Play’de gösterilir. Google Play abonelik yardımına bakın.

6.5 Iptal

Aboneliğinizi satın aldığınız mağazadan yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz:

iOS: Ayarlar > Adiniz > Abonelikler > Fluexo > Aboneligi Iptal Et

Android: Google Play > Profil > Ödemeler ve abonelikler > Abonelikler > Fluexo > Aboneliği iptal et. Google Play abonelik yönetimini de kullanabilirsiniz. Uygulamayı kaldırmak veya hesabı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez.

Iptal, mevcut faturalandirma doneminin sonunda yururluge girer. Odediginiz donemin sonuna kadar premium ozelliklere erismeye devam edersiniz.

6.6 Iadeler

App Store iadeleri Apple’ın iade politikalarına göre ele alınır. Android satın alımlarında Google Play iade politikalarını ve başvuru yolunu kullanın; geçerli hukuk kapsamında yardım için bize de ulaşabilirsiniz.

App Store satın alımlarında Apple’ın standart Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi (EULA) de geçerlidir.

6.7 Ucretsiz Denemeler

App Store: Uygun yeni aboneler yalnızca yıllık planda 7 günlük ücretsiz denemeden yararlanabilir; haftalık planda ücretsiz deneme yoktur. Deneme bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse yıllık abonelik, satın almadan önce gösterilen ücretle otomatik yenilenir. Haftalık ve yıllık abonelikler de mevcut dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse otomatik yenilenir. Apple ID ayarlarından (Ayarlar > Adınız > Abonelikler) yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz.

Google Play: Deneme uygunluğu, süresi, fiyatı ve yenileme tarihi satın almadan önce gösterilir. Sonraki ücreti önlemek için deneme bitmeden iptal edin; denemeleri ve abonelikleri Google Play’den yönetin.

7. Kullanici Davranisi

Asagidakileri yapmamayi kabul edersiniz:

  • Uygulamayi herhangi bir yasadisi amacla kullanmak
  • Sistemlerimize veya verilerimize yetkisiz erisim saglamaya calismak
  • Uygulamanin calismasini engellemek veya bozmak
  • Uygulamayi tersine muhendislik, decompile veya disassemble etmek
  • Premium hesabinizi baskalariyla paylasmak
  • Uygulamanin icerigini (kelimeler, cumleler, hikayeler, cizimleri) kopyalamak veya dagitmak

Kullanıcı adları ve topluluk kuralları

Lig

Lig’e katılım isteğe bağlıdır. Öğrenme etkinlikleri, İstanbul saatine (Europe/Istanbul) göre başlayıp biten günlük, haftalık ve aylık puanlama dönemlerinde puan kazandırır. Yüksek puanlar önce sıralanır; eşit puanlarda son puan güncellemesi daha erken olan hesap, ardından sabit hesap kimliği esas alınır. Sıralamalar ve kürsü yerleri yalnızca takdir amaçlıdır; ödül veya parasal karşılık yoktur. Apple, Lig’in sponsoru değildir ve Lig’e dahil değildir.

Lig’e katılım isteğe bağlıdır ve herkese açık bir kullanıcı adı seçmenizi gerektirir. Hakaret, nefret, cinsellik veya başkasını taklit etme içeren adlar yasaktır. Adlar sunucuda filtrelenir; kuralları ihlal eden adlar kaldırılabilir ve hesaplar yasaklanabilir. Kürsü dahil her liderlik tablosu satırındaki ⋯ menüsünden bir kullanıcı adını bildirebilir veya engelleyebilirsiniz. Bildirimler 24 saat içinde incelenir. Profil > Ayarlar bölümündeki “Lig liderlik tablosunda beni göster” anahtarını kapatarak listeden çıkabilirsiniz.

8. Icerik Mulkiyeti

Lisanslı üçüncü taraf materyaller hariç, Uygulamanın içeriği, özellikleri ve işlevleri Fluexo’ya aittir ve fikri mülkiyet yasalarıyla korunur. Yazı tipleri, SDK’lar ve Apple/Google adları ve markaları dahil üçüncü taraf materyaller ilgili hak sahiplerine aittir ve geçerli lisanslar veya izinlerle kullanılır. Fluexo’ya ait materyaller şunları içerir:

  • Kelimeler, ornek cumleler ve ceviriler
  • Dilbilgisi konulari ve aciklamalari
  • Hikayeler ve okuma anlama icerigi
  • Cizimler ve gorsel varliklar
  • Uygulama tasarimi, kodu ve kullanici arayuzu

9. Kullanici Tarafindan Uretilen Veriler

Uygulamayi kullanarak olusturdugunuz ogrenme verileri (ilerlemeniz, skorlariniz, serileriniz ve tercihleriniz) size aittir. Su haklara sahipsiniz:

  • Verilerinizi makine tarafindan okunabilir formatta (JSON) Ayarlar > Verilerimi Indir ile disari aktarma
  • Tum verilerinizi Profil > Ayarlar > Hesap > Hesabı Sil ile silme

10. Gizlilik

Uygulamayi kullaniminiz ayrica bu Kosullara referansla dahil edilen Gizlilik Politikamiz tarafindan yonetilir. Verilerinizi nasil topladigimizi, kullandigimizi ve korudugumuzu anlamak icin lutfen Gizlilik Politikamizi inceleyin.

11. Reklamcilik

Ücretsiz kullanıcılar ilk 72 saatten sonra günde en fazla üç adet, genel izleyiciye uygun (G) geçiş reklamı görebilir. AdMob, ilk açılıştaki ATT kararı ve gerekli bölgelerde Google UMP onayından sonra başlatılır. Reklam kişiselleştirme, geçerli takip ve rıza tercihlerine bağlıdır. Premium aboneler reklam görmez.

12. Sorumluluk Sinirlamasi

Yururlukteki yasalarin izin verdigi azami olcude, Fluexo ve gelistiricisi asagidakilerden kaynaklanan herhangi bir dolayli, arizi, ozel, sonuc olarak ortaya cikan veya cezai zararlardan sorumlu olmayacaktir:

  • Uygulamayi kullaniminiz veya kullanamamaniz
  • Herhangi bir veri veya ogrenme ilerlemesi kaybi
  • Hesabiniza yetkisiz erisim
  • Herhangi bir ucuncu taraf davranisi veya icerigi

13. Garanti Reddi

Uygulama herhangi bir garanti olmaksizin "oldugu gibi" ve "mevcut oldugu sekilde" sunulmaktadir. Su hususlari garanti etmiyoruz:

  • Uygulamanin hatasiz, kesintisiz veya guvenli olacagi
  • Kusurlarin zamaninda duzeltilecegi
  • Icerigin dogru, eksiksiz veya guncel oldugu
  • Uygulamanin her zaman kullanilabilir olacagi

14. Uluslararasi Kullanicilar

Uygulama Turkiye'den isletilmektedir. Uygulamaya Turkiye disindan erisirseniz, bunu kendi riskinizle yaptiginizi ve yerel yasalara uyumdan sorumlu oldugunuzu kabul edersiniz.

15. Kosullardaki Degisiklikler

Bu Kosullari istedigimiz zaman degistirme hakkini sakli tutuyoruz. "Son guncelleme" tarihini guncelleyerek ve onemli degisiklikler icin uygulama ici bildirim gondererek sizi bilgilendiririz. Degisikliklerden sonra Uygulamayi kullanmaya devam etmeniz yeni Kosullarin kabulunu olusturur.

16. Fesih

Bu Kosullarin ihlali nedeniyle veya kendi takdirimize bagli olarak herhangi bir nedenle hesabinizi istedigimiz zaman feshedebilir veya askiya alabiliriz. Fesih uzerine, Uygulamayi kullanma hakkiniz derhal sona erer. Hesabinizi istediginiz zaman Uygulama ayarlarindan silebilirsiniz.

17. Yururlukteki Hukuk

Bu Kosullar, kanun ihtilafi ilkelerine bakilmaksizin Turkiye yasalarina tabidir ve buna gore yorumlanir. AB'de ikamet edenler icin bu, yerel yasaniz kapsamindaki yasal tuketici haklarinizi etkilemez.

18. Bolunebilirlik

Bu Kosullarin herhangi bir hukmu gecersiz veya uygulanamaz bulunursa, kalan hukumler tam olarak yururlukte kalmaya devam eder.
