1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Fluexo ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Fluexo is a mobile application designed to help users learn English vocabulary, grammar, and reading comprehension. The App provides tools for:
- Learning 6,500+ English words with spaced repetition
- Studying 90 interactive grammar topics
- Reading 200+ leveled stories (A1-C1)
- Following a personalized Learn Path
- Practicing pronunciation with text-to-speech (US/UK accents)
- Tracking streaks, progress, and daily study goals
3. Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in certain EU jurisdictions) to use this App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.
4. Educational Disclaimer
IMPORTANT:
Fluexo is a supplementary language learning tool. It is NOT a replacement for formal education, language courses, or certified instruction. The App is NOT certified or accredited by any educational institution.
Learning outcomes vary per individual. We do not guarantee any specific level of English proficiency from using the App.
5. Account Registration
To access certain features, you may create an account using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
You may also use the App without an account (guest mode), but your data will only be stored locally on your device and will not sync across devices.
6. Subscription and Payments
6.1 Free Tier
Fluexo offers a free tier with a daily usage limit of 10 minutes. Free users will see advertisements served by Google AdMob.
6.2 Premium Features
A premium subscription removes the daily time limit, removes all advertisements, and provides access to advanced features. Subscription plans include weekly, monthly, and yearly options. Pricing is displayed within the App.
6.3 Billing
- Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store
- Payment is charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase
6.4 Auto-Renewal
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.
6.5 Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings:
iOS: Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions > Fluexo > Cancel Subscription
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your paid period.
6.6 Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple according to the App Store refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
6.7 Free Trials
If a free trial is offered, it will be clearly indicated in the App along with the trial duration. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the displayed price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Share your premium account with others
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute the App's content (words, sentences, stories, illustrations)
8. Content Ownership
All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Fluexo and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes but is not limited to:
- Vocabulary words, example sentences, and translations
- Grammar topics and explanations
- Stories and reading comprehension content
- Illustrations and visual assets
- App design, code, and user interface
9. User-Generated Data
You own the learning data you generate through using the App (your progress, scores, streaks, and preferences). You have the right to:
- Export your data in machine-readable format (JSON) via Settings > Download My Data
- Delete all your data via Settings > Delete Account
10. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.
11. Advertising
Free-tier users will see advertisements served by Google AdMob. Advertisements may be personalized based on your interests if you have granted tracking permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. Premium subscribers do not see any advertisements.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fluexo and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Your use of or inability to use the App
- Any loss of data or learning progress
- Unauthorized access to your account
- Any third-party conduct or content
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- The App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure
- Defects will be corrected in a timely manner
- The content is accurate, complete, or up to date
- The App will be available at all times
14. International Users
The App is operated from Turkey. If you access the App from outside Turkey, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws. Your data may be transferred to and processed in Turkey and other countries where our service providers are located.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, for significant changes, through an in-app notification. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles. For EU residents, this does not affect your statutory consumer rights under your local law.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

1. Kosullarin Kabulu
Fluexo'yu ("Uygulama") indirerek, yukleyerek veya kullanarak bu Kullanim Kosullarina ("Kosullar") bagli olmayi kabul edersiniz. Bu Kosullari kabul etmiyorsaniz, lutfen Uygulamayi kullanmayin.
2. Hizmet Tanimi
Fluexo, kullanicilarin Ingilizce kelime hazinesi, dilbilgisi ve okuma anlama becerilerini gelistirmelerine yardimci olmak icin tasarlanmis bir mobil uygulamadir. Uygulama sunlari icin araclar saglar:
- Aralikli tekrar ile 6.500+ Ingilizce kelime ogrenme
- 90 interaktif dilbilgisi konusu calisma
- 200+ seviyeli hikaye okuma (A1-C1)
- Kisisellesirilmis Ogrenme Yolu takibi
- Metinden konusmaya ile telaffuz pratigi (ABD/Ingiliz aksanlari)
- Seriler, ilerleme ve gunluk calisma hedefleri takibi
3. Yas Gereksinimi
Bu Uygulamayi kullanmak icin en az 13 yasinda olmalisiniz (bazi AB ulkelerinde 16 yas). Uygulamayi kullanarak bu yas gereksinimini karsiladiginizi onayliyorsunuz. 18 yasindan kucukseniz, bu Kosullari bir ebeveyn veya vasi ile incelemelisiniz.
4. Egitim Sorumluluk Reddi
ONEMLI:
Fluexo bir tamamlayici dil ogrenme aracidir. Resmi egitim, dil kurslari veya sertifikali ogretime alternatif DEGILDIR. Uygulama herhangi bir egitim kurumu tarafindan sertifikalandirilmamis veya akredite edilmemistir.
Ogrenme sonuclari kisiden kisiye degisir. Uygulamayi kullanmaktan belirli bir Ingilizce yeterlilik duzeyi garanti etmiyoruz.
5. Hesap Kaydi
Belirli ozelliklere erismek icin Apple ile Giris veya Google ile Giris kullanarak hesap olusturabilirsiniz. Asagidakileri kabul edersiniz:
- Dogru ve eksiksiz bilgi saglamak
- Giris bilgilerinizi guvenli tutmak
- Hesabinizin yetkisiz kullanimini bize bildirmek
- Hesabinizdaki tum faaliyetlerden sorumlu olmak
Uygulamayi hesap olmadan da kullanabilirsiniz (misafir modu), ancak verileriniz yalnizca cihazinizda yerel olarak saklanacak ve cihazlar arasinda senkronize edilmeyecektir.
6. Abonelik ve Odemeler
6.1 Ucretsiz Katman
Fluexo, gunluk 10 dakikalik kullanim siniri olan ucretsiz bir katman sunar. Ucretsiz kullanicilar Google AdMob tarafindan sunulan reklamlari gorur.
6.2 Premium Ozellikler
Premium abonelik gunluk zaman sinirini kaldirir, tum reklamlari kaldirir ve gelismis ozelliklere erisim saglar. Abonelik planlari haftalik, aylik ve yillik secenekleri icerir. Fiyatlandirma Uygulama icinde gosterilir.
6.3 Faturalandirma
- Abonelikler Apple App Store uzerinden faturalandirilir
- Odeme, satin alma onayinda App Store hesabinizdan tahsil edilir
6.4 Otomatik Yenileme
Mevcut doneminin bitiminden en az 24 saat once otomatik yenileme kapatilmadigi surece abonelik otomatik olarak yenilenir.
Hesabiniz, mevcut doneminin bitiminden 24 saat once, sectiginiz plan ucretinden yenileme icin ucretlendirilecektir.
6.5 Iptal
Aboneliginizi istediginiz zaman App Store hesap ayarlariniz uzerinden iptal edebilirsiniz:
iOS: Ayarlar > Adiniz > Abonelikler > Fluexo > Aboneligi Iptal Et
Iptal, mevcut faturalandirma doneminin sonunda yururluge girer. Odediginiz donemin sonuna kadar premium ozelliklere erismeye devam edersiniz.
6.6 Iadeler
Iade talepleri Apple tarafindan App Store iade politikalarina gore ele alinir. Dogrudan iade islemiyoruz.
6.7 Ucretsiz Denemeler
Ucretsiz deneme sunulursa, deneme suresiyle birlikte Uygulamada acikca belirtilecektir. Deneme suresi sonunda, deneme bitmeden en az 24 saat once iptal edilmedigi surece aboneliginiz gosterilen fiyattan otomatik olarak ucretli abonelige donusecektir.
7. Kullanici Davranisi
Asagidakileri yapmamayi kabul edersiniz:
- Uygulamayi herhangi bir yasadisi amacla kullanmak
- Sistemlerimize veya verilerimize yetkisiz erisim saglamaya calismak
- Uygulamanin calismasini engellemek veya bozmak
- Uygulamayi tersine muhendislik, decompile veya disassemble etmek
- Premium hesabinizi baskalariyla paylasmak
- Uygulamanin icerigini (kelimeler, cumleler, hikayeler, cizimleri) kopyalamak veya dagitmak
8. Icerik Mulkiyeti
Uygulamanin tum icerigi, ozellikleri ve islevleri Fluexo'ya aittir ve telif hakki, ticari marka ve diger fikri mulkiyet yasalari tarafindan korunmaktadir. Bu sunlari icerir ancak bunlarla sinirli degildir:
- Kelimeler, ornek cumleler ve ceviriler
- Dilbilgisi konulari ve aciklamalari
- Hikayeler ve okuma anlama icerigi
- Cizimler ve gorsel varliklar
- Uygulama tasarimi, kodu ve kullanici arayuzu
9. Kullanici Tarafindan Uretilen Veriler
Uygulamayi kullanarak olusturdugunuz ogrenme verileri (ilerlemeniz, skorlariniz, serileriniz ve tercihleriniz) size aittir. Su haklara sahipsiniz:
- Verilerinizi makine tarafindan okunabilir formatta (JSON) Ayarlar > Verilerimi Indir ile disari aktarma
- Tum verilerinizi Ayarlar > Hesabi Sil ile silme
10. Gizlilik
Uygulamayi kullaniminiz ayrica bu Kosullara referansla dahil edilen Gizlilik Politikamiz tarafindan yonetilir. Verilerinizi nasil topladigimizi, kullandigimizi ve korudugumuzu anlamak icin lutfen Gizlilik Politikamizi inceleyin.
11. Reklamcilik
Ucretsiz katman kullanicilari Google AdMob tarafindan sunulan reklamlari gorur. Apple'in Uygulama Izleme Seffafligi araciligiyla izleme izni verdiyseniz reklamlar ilgi alanlariniza gore kisisellesirilir. Premium aboneler hicbir reklam gormez.
12. Sorumluluk Sinirlamasi
Yururlukteki yasalarin izin verdigi azami olcude, Fluexo ve gelistiricisi asagidakilerden kaynaklanan herhangi bir dolayli, arizi, ozel, sonuc olarak ortaya cikan veya cezai zararlardan sorumlu olmayacaktir:
- Uygulamayi kullaniminiz veya kullanamamaniz
- Herhangi bir veri veya ogrenme ilerlemesi kaybi
- Hesabiniza yetkisiz erisim
- Herhangi bir ucuncu taraf davranisi veya icerigi
13. Garanti Reddi
Uygulama herhangi bir garanti olmaksizin "oldugu gibi" ve "mevcut oldugu sekilde" sunulmaktadir. Su hususlari garanti etmiyoruz:
- Uygulamanin hatasiz, kesintisiz veya guvenli olacagi
- Kusurlarin zamaninda duzeltilecegi
- Icerigin dogru, eksiksiz veya guncel oldugu
- Uygulamanin her zaman kullanilabilir olacagi
14. Uluslararasi Kullanicilar
Uygulama Turkiye'den isletilmektedir. Uygulamaya Turkiye disindan erisirseniz, bunu kendi riskinizle yaptiginizi ve yerel yasalara uyumdan sorumlu oldugunuzu kabul edersiniz.
15. Kosullardaki Degisiklikler
Bu Kosullari istedigimiz zaman degistirme hakkini sakli tutuyoruz. "Son guncelleme" tarihini guncelleyerek ve onemli degisiklikler icin uygulama ici bildirim gondererek sizi bilgilendiririz. Degisikliklerden sonra Uygulamayi kullanmaya devam etmeniz yeni Kosullarin kabulunu olusturur.
16. Fesih
Bu Kosullarin ihlali nedeniyle veya kendi takdirimize bagli olarak herhangi bir nedenle hesabinizi istedigimiz zaman feshedebilir veya askiya alabiliriz. Fesih uzerine, Uygulamayi kullanma hakkiniz derhal sona erer. Hesabinizi istediginiz zaman Uygulama ayarlarindan silebilirsiniz.
17. Yururlukteki Hukuk
Bu Kosullar, kanun ihtilafi ilkelerine bakilmaksizin Turkiye yasalarina tabidir ve buna gore yorumlanir. AB'de ikamet edenler icin bu, yerel yasaniz kapsamindaki yasal tuketici haklarinizi etkilemez.
18. Bolunebilirlik
Bu Kosullarin herhangi bir hukmu gecersiz veya uygulanamaz bulunursa, kalan hukumler tam olarak yururlukte kalmaya devam eder.
